Banquet Manager - Medical Devices & Equipment Sector (3-5 Yrs)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Banquet Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our company's banquets and corporate events within the Medical Devices & Equipment sector. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless execution of events, from initial planning to post-event evaluation, contributing to a positive brand experience for our employees, clients, and partners. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, product launches, conferences, and internal banquets, ensuring alignment with company objectives and brand standards.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, HR) to define event goals, budgets, and logistical requirements.

Manage vendor relationships, including caterers, decorators, audiovisual technicians, and other service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality of service.

Oversee event setup, including room layout, seating arrangements, audiovisual equipment, and branding elements.

Manage event timelines and budgets effectively, ensuring all activities are completed on schedule and within financial constraints.

Provide on-site support during events to troubleshoot any issues and ensure a smooth flow of activities.

Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement.

Ensure compliance with all company policies, health and safety regulations, and local event management laws.
