Bar Manager

Role Summary: The Bar Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company's executive lounge/bar, ensuring a high-quality experience for employees and guests. This role requires excellent organizational, interpersonal, and service skills, with a focus on maintaining a well-stocked, clean, and inviting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the executive lounge/bar operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
• Develop and maintain beverage menus, ensuring a variety of high-quality options.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to employees and visitors, addressing any needs or concerns promptly.
• Train and supervise any bar staff or support personnel.
• Manage budgets and control costs effectively.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment.
• Organize and execute special events or catering as required.
