Job Description
Role Summary: The Bar Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of bar operations within one of our luxury hotel properties in India. This includes managing staff, inventory, beverage programs, customer service, and ensuring profitability while upholding the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative beverage menus, including cocktails, wines, and spirits, keeping abreast of current trends.
- Manage bar staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, and motivation.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, stock control, and minimizing waste.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction by resolving complaints and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Manage bar budget, control costs, and drive revenue through effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as F&B, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
