Bar Manager at NMDC Limited

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Bar Manager to oversee the operations of our exclusive club/recreational facility at our Lucknow location. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience in hospitality management, with a strong understanding of beverage service, inventory management, and customer relations. This role is pivotal in ensuring a premium experience for our esteemed members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of bar operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Oversee inventory control, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and conducting regular stock takes to minimize waste and ensure profitability.
- Develop and maintain beverage menus, including seasonal specials and signature cocktails, ensuring quality and presentation standards.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations.
- Foster a positive and efficient work environment for bar staff.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and menu integration.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Maintain the cleanliness and ambiance of the bar area, ensuring it meets high standards.
- Manage budgets for the bar department, including cost control and financial reporting.
