Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Bar Manager to oversee the operations of our bar facility. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for hospitality and a desire to grow in a dynamic environment, with 0-2 years of experience and no specific degree requirement. You will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining beverage quality, managing inventory, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our esteemed guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily bar operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
- Greet customers, take orders, and provide recommendations on menu items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages and bar supplies, and assist in placing orders.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the team to create a positive and efficient work environment.
- Assist with stocktaking and inventory management.
