Bar Manager - Ports & Shipping (1-3 Yrs Exp)

We are seeking a motivated and organized Bar Manager with 1-3 years of experience and an M.Com degree to oversee the operations of our hospitality services within our port facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, staff, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while adhering to all company policies and financial targets. This role is crucial for enhancing the employee and visitor experience at our key operational sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily bar operations, including opening and closing procedures.

Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stock rotation, to minimize waste and ensure adequate supply.

Develop and manage bar staff schedules, conduct training, and provide performance feedback.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Monitor sales and expenses, generate reports, and contribute to budget planning with an M.Com perspective.

Maintain excellent customer service standards and handle customer complaints effectively.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
