Bar Manager role in Fitness & Wellness (2-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Bar Manager with 2-4 years of experience and an LLM degree to oversee bar operations at our state-of-the-art fitness and wellness facility in Ahmedabad. The Bar Manager will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and high-quality beverage experience for our members, focusing on health-conscious and innovative drink offerings. This role requires a unique blend of operational management, legal understanding, and a passion for the wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of bar operations, including inventory management, cost control, and supplier relations.

Develop and curate a menu of healthy, innovative, and appealing non-alcoholic and low-alcohol beverages, aligning with our wellness ethos.

Ensure compliance with all local and national health, safety, and licensing regulations, leveraging your LLM expertise.

Train, schedule, and supervise bar staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.

Maintain high standards of customer service, resolving any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.

Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
