Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Bariatric Surgeon with 2-4 years of experience to join our innovative team. This role is crucial in developing and refining our health and wellness product lines, particularly focusing on solutions that address metabolic health and weight management. The ideal candidate will leverage their pharmaceutical knowledge and surgical expertise to contribute to product research, development, and efficacy assessment within the FMCG sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research and analysis on the efficacy of bariatric interventions and their relevance to FMCG product development.
Collaborate with R&D teams to formulate and test products aimed at weight management and metabolic health, leveraging M.Pharma knowledge.
Provide expert consultation on the scientific and clinical aspects of bariatric surgery and its implications for consumer health products.
Assist in evaluating the safety and nutritional profile of ingredients and finished products.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in bariatric surgery, metabolic science, and pharmaceutical research.
Contribute to the development of internal guidelines and best practices for health-related product claims and formulations.
