Barista

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at UPL Limited. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and other beverages, ensuring high-quality products and exceptional customer service within our corporate premises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and other beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment, grinders, and other related machinery.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of all beverages served.
• Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized customer service to employees and visitors.
• Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, and report needs to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, including countertops, equipment, and seating areas.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately.
