Role Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Baristas with a BBA/BBM degree and 0-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for recent graduates looking to kickstart their career in the food and beverage industry within a leading QSR environment. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive store atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and other beverages according to brand standards and recipes.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and efficient manner, taking orders accurately and processing payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including restocking supplies and sanitizing equipment.
- Ensure adherence to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Contribute to team goals by working collaboratively with colleagues.
- Upsell products and promotions to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Participate in training sessions to continuously improve beverage preparation skills and product knowledge.
