Barista - Metals & Mining (2-3 Yrs Exp)

We are seeking a skilled and creative Barista to join our team in Guwahati. This role is ideal for an individual with a Bachelor's degree in Design (B.Des) and 2-3 years of experience, who can bring a unique perspective to our corporate café environment within the Metals & Mining sector. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and contributing to the overall aesthetic and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees, teas, and other drinks, with precision and flair.

Utilize design principles to create visually appealing latte art and presentation of beverages.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations.

Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, and report needs to management.

Contribute creative ideas for menu development and café ambiance, leveraging B.Des background.

Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring optimal performance and cleanliness.
