Bartender

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Bartender to join our team at Paytm's corporate office in India. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, ensuring a high-quality experience for our employees and guests in our office cafeteria and event spaces. This role requires excellent mixology skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage inventory and maintain a clean, organized bar area.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and company standards.

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and making recommendations.

Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar area, including refrigerators, glassware, and garnishes.

Monitor inventory levels and inform management of needs for reordering supplies.

Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.

Assist with setting up and breaking down bar areas for events.

Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the employee and guest experience.
