Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to manage the bar operations at our executive lounge/guest house in India. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a high level of customer service for our employees and esteemed guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and offering recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking and replenishing supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or needs for reordering.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Develop knowledge of company policies and procedures related to beverage service.
