Bartender

Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to manage our on-site beverage services for corporate events and employee welfare at BYJU'S. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, ensuring high standards of presentation and customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and company standards.
• Engage with employees and guests, take beverage orders accurately, and provide recommendations.
• Maintain inventory of bar supplies, including spirits, mixers, garnishes, and glassware, and report low stock levels.
• Ensure the bar area is clean, well-stocked, and presentable at all times.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Develop and create new cocktail recipes and beverage specials.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of bar services for corporate events.
