Bartender | BBA/BBM Professionals | Coimbatore

We are seeking a skilled Bartender with a BBA/BBM background and 2-3 years of experience to manage and oversee our corporate beverage services. This role is crucial for ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction in our Coimbatore facility, catering to our esteemed employees and visitors within the Metals & Mining industry. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of hospitality acumen and business understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, ensuring all equipment is functional and properly maintained.

Manage inventory of beverages, supplies, and bar equipment, placing orders as needed and tracking stock levels.

Handle customer inquiries and provide recommendations on beverage selections.

Process payments accurately using the POS system and manage cash handling procedures.

Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Assist in planning and executing special events or corporate functions related to beverage service.

Utilize business management principles from BBA/BBM to contribute to cost control, efficiency improvements, and service quality enhancements.
