We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Bartender to join our dynamic team in Chennai. This role is ideal for an individual with 2-4 years of experience in beverage service and a strong educational background in BBA/BBM, looking to leverage their management and customer service skills in a vibrant leisure and recreation environment. You will be responsible for ensuring a high-quality beverage experience for our guests, managing inventory, and contributing to the overall success of our hospitality operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations on drinks and menu items.
• Manage bar inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Assist with menu planning and special event beverage services.
• Utilize BBA/BBM knowledge for efficient bar operations, cost management, and customer satisfaction analysis.
