Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bartender with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Noida. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Laws (LLM) degree, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills, which will be applied to beverage service and client interaction within a corporate hospitality setting. This role requires a unique blend of legal acumen and beverage expertise to ensure exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and artistry, adhering to established recipes and quality standards.
- Engage with clients and guests, understanding their preferences and providing personalized recommendations, leveraging strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Manage inventory of bar supplies, including spirits, mixers, garnishes, and glassware, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to all health and safety regulations, including those related to food and beverage handling.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, using POS systems where applicable.
- Collaborate with event planning teams to cater to specific beverage requirements for corporate events and client meetings.
- Apply analytical skills honed through an LLM degree to troubleshoot service issues and optimize bar operations.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing laws and regulations pertaining to alcohol service.
- Develop an understanding of L&T's business operations to better anticipate client needs and provide a more informed service experience.
