Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development / Pre-Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and supporting the sales team in pre-sales activities within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. This role requires a deep understanding of the industry, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities to effectively engage with potential clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and market trends in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical space.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and key opinion leaders.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and collateral.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Support the sales team in understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring alignment with company policies and financial targets.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes, industry advancements, and emerging technologies.
- Provide feedback to product development and R&D teams based on market insights and customer requirements.
