BD / Pre Sales - Other - Vijayawada - 3-4 Yrs

We are seeking an experienced BD / Pre-Sales professional with 3-4 years of experience and a Master's degree to join our team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our business development efforts within the BPO and Call Centre industry. You will be instrumental in understanding client needs, developing compelling proposals, and presenting solutions that align with our service offerings. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the BPO landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and business challenges within the BPO/Call Centre sector.
- Develop and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing our capabilities and value proposition.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Translate client needs into technical and operational requirements for solution design.
- Prepare and present pricing models and solution outlines.
- Support the negotiation process and contribute to closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the BPM and Call Centre space.
