Role Summary: We are seeking a highly qualified and innovative Beauty Advisor / Beautician with a strong foundation in M.Tech to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore. This unique role leverages advanced analytical and problem-solving skills acquired through postgraduate engineering education to enhance our beauty services and product development within the context of a forward-thinking organization. You will be instrumental in applying scientific principles and data-driven approaches to beauty consultations, treatment planning, and potentially research and development for new beauty solutions. This position is ideal for a candidate with 3 to 6 years of experience who is looking to bridge the gap between technical expertise and the beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth beauty consultations with clients, utilizing analytical skills to understand individual needs and recommend personalized solutions.
Develop and implement customized beauty treatment plans, incorporating scientific understanding of skin and hair physiology.
Apply principles of material science and chemistry (from M.Tech background) to understand product formulations and their effects on skin and hair.
Research and evaluate new beauty technologies, ingredients, and trends, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and contribute to the innovation of new beauty products.
Maintain meticulous client records and treatment histories, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Stay abreast of industry best practices, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns with a logical and systematic approach.
