Role Summary:

This role is ideal for an individual with a Master of Laws (LLM) degree who can leverage their analytical and research skills to understand and advise on beauty product lines within the context of our sports and leisure retail environment. You will be responsible for providing expert beauty consultations, product recommendations, and personalized services to our customers, ensuring a premium and informative experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert consultations on skincare, makeup, and other beauty products, understanding customer needs and preferences.
- Recommend and demonstrate products, explaining their benefits and usage, with an emphasis on how they complement an active lifestyle.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate beauty products based on their skin type, concerns, and desired outcomes.
- Maintain a high standard of product knowledge, including ingredients, formulations, and current beauty trends.
- Conduct product demonstrations and workshops to educate customers.
- Manage inventory, merchandising, and visual displays of beauty products.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and promote beauty offerings.
- Utilize analytical and research skills, honed through an LLM degree, to interpret product data and customer feedback for improved service delivery.
