Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to explore and establish strategic partnerships within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector in India. This role will focus on identifying innovative opportunities to integrate Nykaa's beauty and personal care offerings with financial products and services, thereby creating unique value propositions for both Nykaa and our BFSI partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities with banks, credit card companies, insurance providers, and other financial institutions in India.
- Develop and pitch compelling partnership proposals that align with Nykaa's business objectives and the strategic goals of BFSI partners.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, legal) to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at BFSI partner organizations.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities within the BFSI and beauty/personal care sectors to identify new growth avenues.
- Track and report on the performance of partnerships, identifying areas for optimization and growth.
