Beauty & Personal Care - Category Manager (Financial Partnerships)

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Category Manager to spearhead financial partnerships within our Beauty & Personal Care division. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing innovative financial solutions and collaborations that enhance customer value, drive sales, and expand market reach for Nykaa's extensive beauty and personal care portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of financial acumen and a deep understanding of the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic financial partnership programs (e.g., co-branded credit cards, EMI options, loyalty programs tied to financial services, influencer financing) to drive customer acquisition and retention for beauty and personal care products.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new financial service providers and partners that align with Nykaa's business objectives and customer needs.
• Negotiate terms and agreements with financial partners to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes and optimal ROI.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for financial product innovation and market penetration.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, Legal, Finance) to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
• Manage the performance of existing financial partnerships, tracking key metrics, and providing regular reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in fintech, e-commerce, and the beauty industry to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
