Role Summary: The Beauty & Personal Care - Other role within ONGC India is an unconventional but crucial position that focuses on employee well-being and corporate social responsibility initiatives related to personal care and hygiene. This role will involve developing and implementing programs that enhance the personal care standards for employees in remote locations and contributing to community outreach programs focused on hygiene and sanitation. The objective is to foster a healthy and positive work environment while upholding ONGC's commitment to social welfare.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage employee wellness programs focusing on personal care and hygiene, especially for field staff in remote operational areas.
- Research and recommend appropriate personal care products and amenities for diverse employee needs and working conditions.
- Collaborate with HR and Health & Safety departments to integrate personal care initiatives into overall employee well-being strategies.
- Design and implement community outreach programs related to hygiene, sanitation, and basic personal care, aligning with ONGC's CSR objectives.
- Organize workshops and awareness campaigns on personal hygiene and its importance in health and productivity.
- Manage budgets and procure necessary supplies for wellness and outreach programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented programs and report on outcomes to senior management.
- Stay updated on best practices in corporate wellness, personal care, and CSR within the Indian context.
