Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist employees and visitors upon arrival, providing a positive first impression.
- Transport luggage, packages, and other items to designated locations within the facility efficiently and safely.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area, lobby, and common spaces.
- Provide information and directions to employees and visitors regarding facility layout and services.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed, including moving furniture and equipment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, ensuring accurate sorting and distribution.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
- Ensure all tasks are performed in accordance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and a positive work environment.
