Role Summary:
As a Bell Boy/Porter at MakeMyTrip, you will be responsible for assisting travelers with their luggage and providing a welcoming and efficient experience at our designated service points or partner locations. You will be the first point of contact for many travelers, ensuring their journey begins smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist guests with loading and unloading their luggage from vehicles.

Transport luggage to and from guest rooms, lobbies, and designated areas.

Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the bell stand and luggage storage.

Respond to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner.

Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Adhere to all hotel policies and safety procedures.
