Bell Boy / Porter

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and customer-oriented Bell Boy/Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting guests with their luggage, providing exceptional service, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all visitors to our properties. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of service expected at our prestigious developments.

Key Responsibilities:

* Greet guests warmly and assist them with loading and unloading their luggage from vehicles.
* Transport luggage safely and efficiently to and from guest rooms, function areas, or designated storage.
* Provide information about property facilities and services to guests.
* Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby, entrance areas, and luggage storage.
* Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
* Assist with the delivery of messages, packages, and mail to guest rooms or offices.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
* Collaborate with other hotel/property staff to ensure seamless guest service.
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
