Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Bell Boy/Porter to assist with the smooth operation of our studio. This role is crucial for maintaining a welcoming environment and ensuring efficient handling of deliveries, mail, and general studio upkeep. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and possess a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries to the appropriate staff.

Assist with the transportation of materials, samples, and equipment within the studio premises.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of common areas, reception, and storage spaces.

Assist with setting up meeting rooms and ensuring they are tidy after use.

Run errands as required, such as picking up supplies or dropping off documents.

Support the office administration team with ad-hoc tasks.

Ensure the reception area is presentable and welcoming to visitors.
