Job Description

Role Summary:
As a Bell Boy/Porter at Air India, you will be a crucial part of the ground operations team, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for our passengers. You will be responsible for assisting passengers with their luggage, guiding them through the airport, and providing general assistance to enhance their travel journey. This role requires physical stamina, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist passengers with loading and unloading of their baggage from trolleys, check-in counters, and aircraft stairs.
* Transport passenger luggage to and from various airport locations, including check-in, baggage claim, and departure/arrival gates.
* Provide clear directions and information to passengers regarding airport facilities, flight information, and gate locations.
* Assist passengers with special needs, including elderly passengers, passengers with disabilities, and families with young children.
* Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of baggage trolleys and designated work areas.
* Respond to passenger inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
* Collaborate effectively with other airport staff, including check-in agents, security personnel, and cabin crew.
* Adhere to all safety regulations and airport security procedures.
* Report any damaged luggage or operational issues to the supervisor immediately.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the management to ensure efficient airport operations.
