We are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Bell Boy / Porter with 3-4 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM degree to join our team in Vijayawada. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our healthcare facility, focusing on patient comfort and logistical support. The ideal candidate will leverage their management education to optimize operational workflows and enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients and visitors with luggage, belongings, and transportation needs within the hospital premises.
- Ensure timely and safe delivery of items, medications, and equipment to designated areas.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby, waiting areas, and luggage storage.
- Provide information and directions to patients and visitors, acting as a first point of contact.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate patient transfers and logistical movements.
- Manage inventory of supplies related to porter services.
- Implement efficient routing and scheduling for deliveries and pickups to minimize wait times.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including safety and hygiene protocols.
- Utilize problem-solving skills gained from MBA/PGDM to identify and resolve operational challenges.
