We are seeking a diligent and customer-oriented Bell Captain with 1-2 years of experience to join our team at Havells India Ltd. in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing guest services, ensuring smooth operations within the facility, and providing exceptional assistance to visitors and employees. This role requires a 12th Pass qualification and a proactive approach to service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees upon arrival, providing a welcoming and professional first impression.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Answer phone calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate departments, and take messages accurately.
- Assist with managing appointments, meeting room bookings, and ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place.
- Provide information regarding company facilities, services, and directions.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution.
- Support administrative tasks as required by the management.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Liaise with different departments to resolve visitor queries and issues promptly.
