Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design comprehensive Bengali language curriculum and lesson plans.
- Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including videos, quizzes, and exercises.
- Deliver live and recorded online classes for students of different age groups.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Adapt teaching methodologies to suit diverse learning styles.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in language teaching and edtech.
- Collaborate with content developers and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and quality of educational content.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and address student-related queries.
