BI Administration

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated BI Administrator with an M.Tech degree and 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Surat. The BI Administrator will be responsible for the overall management, maintenance, and optimization of our Business Intelligence platforms and infrastructure. This role requires a deep understanding of BI tools, database management, data warehousing concepts, and a proactive approach to ensuring data integrity, performance, and accessibility for business users.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain BI software and related components (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense).
- Monitor BI system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations.
- Manage user access, security, and permissions for BI tools and data sources.
- Develop and maintain data models, ETL processes, and data warehouse structures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BI platform functionality, data accuracy, and performance.
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver BI solutions.
- Ensure data governance policies and standards are adhered to within the BI environment.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for BI systems and processes.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Business Intelligence and data management.
