Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced BI Administrator to join our dynamic team. The BI Administrator will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and performance tuning of our Business Intelligence (BI) platforms. This role is crucial in ensuring the availability, integrity, and optimal performance of our BI infrastructure, supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and upgrade BI software and related components.
- Monitor BI system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for performance tuning.
- Manage user access, security, and permissions for BI tools and data sources.
- Perform regular backups and ensure data integrity and disaster recovery for BI environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BI platform availability, functionality, and performance.
- Develop and maintain documentation for BI systems, processes, and procedures.
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and support BI solutions.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and security standards.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in BI administration.
