Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced BI Administrator to join our dynamic team at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories in India. The BI Administrator will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and performance tuning of our Business Intelligence platforms. This role is crucial in ensuring the availability, reliability, and security of our BI infrastructure, supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and upgrade Business Intelligence tools and platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, Business Objects).
- Monitor BI system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations.
- Manage user access, security roles, and permissions within the BI environment.
- Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery planning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BI platform functionality, data connectivity, and performance.
- Develop and maintain documentation for BI system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams, database administrators, and business users to ensure seamless integration and operation.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in BI administration and data warehousing.
