BI Architect

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced BI Architect to join our dynamic team at Dream11. The BI Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive business intelligence solutions that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, data modeling, and BI tools, with a focus on scalability and performance within a fast-paced sports tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement scalable and robust BI solutions, including data warehouses, data marts, and data lakes.
2. Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes for data ingestion, transformation, and loading from various sources.
3. Create and optimize data models for reporting and analytical purposes.
4. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical BI solutions.
5. Develop and manage BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
6. Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all BI platforms.
7. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior BI developers and analysts.
8. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in BI and data analytics.
