BI Architect

We are seeking an experienced and visionary BI Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of our business intelligence solutions. The BI Architect will be responsible for creating a scalable and robust BI ecosystem that empowers data-driven decision-making across all levels of the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, data modeling, and BI toolsets, with a strong emphasis on translating business requirements into technical solutions within the retail domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect scalable, high-performance business intelligence solutions, including data warehouses, data marts, and data lakes.
• Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support BI and analytics requirements.
• Define and implement ETL/ELT strategies and processes for data ingestion, transformation, and loading from various sources.
• Evaluate, select, and implement appropriate BI tools and technologies (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, Looker) to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their reporting and analytical needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all BI solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to BI developers and analysts.
• Develop and maintain documentation for BI architecture, data models, and processes.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in BI, data warehousing, and analytics.
