BI Architect

We are seeking a skilled and experienced BI Architect to join our growing team. The BI Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business intelligence solutions that support strategic decision-making across our hotel and restaurant operations. This role requires a deep understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, data modeling, and BI reporting tools, with a focus on driving insights from operational and guest data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and efficient BI solutions, including data warehouses, data marts, and reporting systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical BI solutions.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the data warehouse.
• Create and optimize data models for analytical purposes, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Design and build dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools to provide actionable insights.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to BI developers and analysts.
• Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of BI systems.
• Stay updated with the latest BI technologies and best practices.
