BI Architect role in Insurance

Role Summary: We are seeking a talented BI Architect with 2-3 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business intelligence solutions to support strategic decision-making within our insurance operations. This role requires a strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, data modeling, and reporting tools, coupled with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop robust BI solutions, including data warehouses, data marts, and ETL processes, to meet business needs.
- Create and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models for BI applications.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using BI tools to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical designs.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all BI platforms.
- Optimize BI systems for performance and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BI solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in business intelligence and data analytics.
