BI Developer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced BI Developer to join our dynamic team at Nazara Technologies. The BI Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role involves working with large datasets, creating insightful reports and dashboards, and collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their data needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into data warehouses or data marts.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures for data extraction and manipulation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business growth.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all BI reports and dashboards.
- Optimize database performance and query efficiency.
- Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and reports.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in business intelligence and data analytics.
