BI Developer (3-5 Yrs) | Guwahati

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented BI Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing team in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will possess a BBA/BBM degree and have a strong understanding of business processes, data analysis, and reporting. You will be instrumental in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making for our broadcasting operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Business Intelligence solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Design, develop, and implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into data warehouses or data marts.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can improve business performance.
- Create and manage semantic layers, data models, and cubes for reporting and analysis.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reliability through rigorous testing and validation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BI reports, dashboards, and data sources.
- Stay updated with the latest BI technologies and best practices.
