Job Description
We are seeking a motivated BI Developer with 2-3 years of experience to join our growing team in Bhubaneshwar. This role is crucial for transforming raw event data into actionable insights that drive business decisions and enhance operational efficiency. As a BI Developer, you will work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and develop robust reporting and dashboard solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions using BI tools.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Perform data analysis, identify trends, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reports and dashboards.
Develop and execute SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
Assist in data modeling and database design as needed.
Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and reports.
