Bid Manager - Urban Mobility Solutions

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end bidding process for urban mobility solutions and services within India. This role will be instrumental in identifying opportunities, developing winning proposals, and ensuring successful contract acquisition for Zomato's expanding transportation and logistics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities within the urban transport sector, including government tenders, private partnerships, and corporate contracts.
- Lead the development of compelling and compliant bid proposals, including technical solutions, commercial models, and project execution plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, legal, finance, technology) to gather necessary information and ensure proposal accuracy and competitiveness.
- Manage the entire bid lifecycle, from initial qualification and strategy development to proposal submission, negotiation, and contract award.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform bid strategies and positioning.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government agencies.
- Ensure all bid documentation adheres to Zomato's standards and client requirements.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and potential clients.
- Track bid progress and performance, identifying areas for improvement in the bidding process.
