Bidding / Auction / Proposal (B.A Required) - Jaipur

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bidding / Auction / Proposal professional with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will support the end-to-end bidding process for our infrastructure and real estate projects, ensuring timely and accurate submission of proposals. A Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and submission of bids, tenders, and proposals in response to RFPs (Request for Proposals).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform bidding strategies.
- Gather and compile necessary documentation, including technical specifications, financial data, and company profiles.
- Coordinate with various internal departments (e.g., technical, legal, finance) to ensure all proposal requirements are met.
- Maintain a database of past bids, proposals, and relevant project information.
- Support in the preparation of presentations and reports related to bidding activities.
- Monitor tender portals and industry news for new bidding opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all bidding guidelines and company policies.
