Bidding / Auction / Proposal - Oil & Gas (2-3 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bidding / Auction / Proposal Assistant. This role is crucial in supporting our tender and bidding processes within the dynamic Indian Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of procurement processes and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment. This position is suitable for candidates with a 12th Pass education and 2-3 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and submission of bids, tenders, and proposals in response to RFPs (Request for Proposals).
- Review tender documents to identify key requirements, deadlines, and submission guidelines.
- Gather and organize necessary documentation, including company profiles, past performance data, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., technical, legal, finance) to ensure all required information is accurately included in bid submissions.
- Maintain a database of upcoming tenders, awarded contracts, and competitor analysis.
- Support the bidding team in understanding auction processes and participating in online/offline auctions.
- Ensure timely submission of all bid-related documents.
- Perform data entry and maintain records related to bidding activities.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for management review.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures related to bidding and procurement.
