Bidding / Auction / Proposal role in Leather (3-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bidding / Auction / Proposal professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Indore. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a strong understanding of the leather industry. You will play a crucial role in identifying, analyzing, and responding to tender opportunities, contributing to the company's growth and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze tender documents, RFPs (Requests for Proposals), and auction announcements to identify relevant opportunities for Hidesign.

Prepare comprehensive and compelling proposals, bids, and tender submissions, ensuring all requirements are met and deadlines are adhered to.

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, technical, production, finance) to gather necessary information and ensure proposal accuracy and competitiveness.

Conduct market research to understand competitor strategies and pricing in bidding and auction scenarios.

Maintain a database of past bids, proposals, and tender outcomes for future reference and analysis.

Negotiate terms and conditions where applicable during the bidding process.

Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to tenders and auctions.
