Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bidding / Auction / Proposal Specialist with a Bachelor's degree in Design (B.Des) and 3-5 years of experience. The role involves supporting the preparation and submission of compelling proposals, bids, and auction documents, particularly within the agriculture, forestry, and fishing sectors in India. The ideal candidate will leverage their design thinking and analytical skills to create visually appealing and persuasive submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end process of bid and proposal preparation, including research, writing, and formatting.
Develop and refine proposal content, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with tender requirements, utilizing design principles for enhanced readability and impact.
Analyze tender documents, RFPs, and auction notices to identify key requirements, risks, and opportunities for strategic bidding.
Create visually engaging presentation materials, infographics, and graphical elements to support proposal narratives.
Collaborate with technical teams, legal advisors, and subject matter experts to gather necessary information and ensure a comprehensive submission.
Maintain a database of past proposals, bid documents, and relevant industry information for future reference and continuous improvement.
Monitor bidding opportunities and track submission deadlines effectively.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform bidding strategies.
