Bidding / Auction / Proposal Specialist - Printing & Publishing Sector (2-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bidding / Auction / Proposal Specialist to join our dynamic team in Bhubaneshwar. This role is crucial in identifying and securing new business opportunities within the printing and publishing sector. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience and a strong understanding of the bidding and proposal process, with a knack for crafting compelling responses and analyzing tender documents. A post-graduation degree is not required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor various government and private portals for relevant tenders, RFPs, and auction announcements in the printing and publishing domain.
- Analyze tender documents to understand scope, requirements, eligibility criteria, and timelines.
- Prepare comprehensive and persuasive bid proposals, ensuring all technical and commercial aspects are accurately addressed.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., sales, technical, finance, legal) to gather necessary information and inputs for proposals.
- Ensure timely submission of all bids and proposals within stipulated deadlines.
- Maintain a database of all bids, proposals, and their outcomes.
- Track and manage proposal revisions and amendments.
- Conduct pre-bid meetings and site visits when required.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders involved in the bidding process.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities related to bidding and auctions.
