Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (Non-Voice)

We are seeking a highly motivated and multilingual individual to join our customer support team. In this non-voice role, you will be the first point of contact for our diverse customer base, assisting them with inquiries, technical issues, and general information via email and chat. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and providing exceptional support to our users across different regions.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email and chat channels.
• Provide accurate and timely information about our products and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems for customers.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
• Contribute to the knowledge base by documenting common issues and solutions.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English and at least one other language (e.g., Spanish, French, German, Mandarin).
• Excellent written communication skills in all supported languages.
• Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
• Proficiency with customer support software and CRM systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the railway industry is an advantage.
