Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via email, chat, or other non-voice channels in multiple languages.
Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
Translate and localize content for various communication materials as needed.
Assist in resolving customer complaints and escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support.
Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
